Harry, more sharpness would have been nice of course, but this more than makes up for that one shortcoming. Perfectly framed and caught. I love the exploding snow/ice between their talons. Amy

yes a great sense of action, this is a spectacular shot, Eagles are very hard birds to photograph and expose correctly due to there dark colors, I have only had the oppertunity to shoot a eagle twice and both times I underexposed, I see you have mastered capturing of these beautiful eagles, you probably wont get the credit you deserve as most dont know how hard this actually is, but this is a 10 If I could give you one. I see you shoot slide film, so I cant pick your brain :) but I would like to ask for any tips you may be able to give me before I head up to homer in the near future, with my 20D and a Canon 500mm F/4.....
