About	This is the other of a pair of photos taken from the B6255 (Ingleton) road where it begins to dip down into Hawes. I'm amazed that these walls, built without mortar, can stay intact for decades.

Both Hawes shots are great, but I prefer this one. Why ? The eyes can follow the wall into the scene nicely, and the foreground is somewhat more interesting.

Love these walls and was a dream of mine to one day have some of my own...very nice perspective,contrast level and good saturation of color...quite the ominous clouds and love how the light hits the background pasture...gayle
