About	From a recent high school baseball game Tulsa, Oklahoma. I chose this one to post because of the intensity of this pitcher. Sometimes only photography can capture the "true grit" of athletes doing their stuff. I'll also note that this photo like just about all I shoot, I do this one frame at a time. Shooting with one frame gives me a better sense of control and honestly I like shooting more than sorting through thousands of photos...

A splendid action shot and excellent compositional awareness not to chop any of that trailing leg off. You really have captured the emotion of the game, his facial expressions show the level of concentration and determination involved.
