thanks for the comments. you have an interesting porfolio. one thing i would suggest would be to work on your exposure technique a little. in many of these images you are exposing for other areas and missing some highlight regions that could really enhance your work. if there were a few more highlights and tones in the facial region i think this would be a stronger image. great textural qualities and tones in the pants and shirt. nice job and thanks again.

I like this portrait! You were in a very difficult light conditions and you've managed it very well with the man that rises from the dark with a beautiful pose and with a sweet and rather dreamy smile ehnanced by backlighting on the right part of his face. The burned sky is the price to pay in this lighting condition but I don't find it disturbing as it pleasantly merges the picture with the page creating and inetresting effect. Congrats, Avni; beautiful work!
