This would have rendered beautiful colours with Velvia slide film... it's known for it's saturation and very fine grain.
I do find the noise a little distracting, but only a little, as the composition and framing is so well done. Makes me want to go out to the cabin and relax all day long!

Some beautiful tones in there. Having the whatf all the way at the rear of the photo provides a sense of depth.
I also like how the water takes up the majority of the photo while the wharf is not really the subject but makes you search for it and notice it. Makes you question your instincts and really think about the photo.

Very pleasing colours, Gayle! I like the variation from the golds to the light blue and back to darker colours. The ripples make an interesting abstract of the reflected silhouettes, as well. Nicely done!
