Daniel, life is like that. I almost always have a camera with me. I drive to work on the side roads so that I might see something worthy of a stop. I have recently seen an egret, but even with a 400mm I have not yet gotten the image I want. This lilly and the time you spent studying it are probably more valuable than simply getting to work on time. Do this often as you can, but don't be late so often that it jeopardizes your job. I want you to keep buying film and shooting so I can see these wonderful images.

Nice still life here Dan although if I may add I echo the same comment Waldemar mentioned regarding lack of sharpness in addition both sides of flower are cutoff, most likely you were in a hurry due to work. Anyway I see great potential for this, thanks so much for your recent comment, cheers.
