Wow!! A very innovative construction of a wind vane....it sure must be acting as a very attractive space installation....It reminds me of a special park here in Chandigarh(Capital of punjab province, India) where they have all the space installations made out of junk material and the guy who has done it took some 15 years to be able to put up such a huge collection. worth visiting if ever you visit India....

Wonderful capture Debby, these windmills are really fascinating - I have only seen them once before and that was on the film "Twister" :-)
It gets too windy around here, that would leave the roof and be running up and down the street !!!
