About Reminded myself to convert down to sRGB profile before uploading.

Morning light filtered through a globe of art glass - the result is light transmitted onto some foam core.

Taran:

No conversion write up, there is a posting on the forums for how do pull it off effectively in PS.

I do have a color theory write up, don't know if you want that.

Color spaces for the web are always tricky (especially shooting RAW and post processing in prophoto or Adobe RGB). Lucky on mac there is a screenshot utility that optimizes for sRGB when you take a grab. Lately I have been doing a lot of batch conversions and am working on a tutorial on how best to downsample and upload usefilm images on the mac platform, your contributions to such a project would be helpful if you care to email me your thoughts, I will put it up on my website. BTW, I think you got the color right on this one... although I have no frame of reference, the subtle pink hues and purple shades really look good here on my monitor. cheers, t

Really deliciious! Smooth wonderful colours and it looks like an abstract painting! Imagine this as a large image on the wall!!!! Great!!!!

Very interesting effect. Quite abstract, yet the subtle colours make the image strangely compelling.
