Hi Jeff...glad to see you are experimenting with B&W. You have a good idea here but I find the barrel of the gun is completely lost in the shadows. I would like to see a little more detail there. To do this and keep the shadow affect you want...place a white reflector card on the right to bounce some light coming from your main light on the left into that dark area.

Also...one of your bullets is standing upright...I notice it is on an angle which leads me to believe that the angle of your camera is not level. Hope you will try this shot again....good luck...*smile*...Maggie
