As per the cropped turban, the reason I framed it like this was because I wanted to focus the view on the man blowing and the fire, thus creating a diagonal point of interest. As you can see man is kindling fire from sticks.

Oooo yes I like this one Saquib, I really like the composition, love the slant, it gives some originality to the image i think. Great tones and colours as mentioned above, it's a shame about the top of the grainman's head being cropped but never mind. Great work, well done.
