I wish this had a little more DOF so that the whole flower was sharp, or at least a little more of the front of it. The colours are breath-taking, and I love the out of focus background colours as well.. .it's like a painting!

Thanks for your friendly comment Gustav. What do you do to connect them? I went to my photoshop and asked for a connector for reverse connecting the lens to the Canon bajonet and they told me there is nothing on the market. So I glued a Canon Bajonet/M42 adaptor to the lens hood of the summichron. It works but since the lens hood is fixed only by a clamp mechanism to the lens it is not a stable construction and for working the f stop or distance rings you need two hands on the lens! Any suggestions? Regards Jörg

A real work of photgraphic macro ART.7+++++++++ Great use of the wonderful Leitz Summicron lens in reversed position. I do use all my Leitz lenses on my Canon 10D.... Have a wonderful weekend. The sun will be shining again. Best regards, Gustav
