Nice photo, Stefano. Interesting pose with the diagonal head orientation. She looks like a very charming young lady.
If I had a tip for this photo, it would be attention to detail. There are a few strands of hair on her forehead which are distracting. You could retouch this with PS clone tool.
Also, the focus does not seem to be 100% and her eyes look a little bit soft, the focus plane falling somewhere around her temples. This, you cannot fix with PS, but making the image dimensions smaller would hide it.
