About From a roll I shot one afternoon on vacation in Hawaii. Had the urge to see what images would look like shot through plastic. I cut a square of a baggie and rubbered banded it over the lens and walked around and snapped a roll. I'm always intrigued by pushing an image more towards art yet still being photographic. I think next time I'll try crincling the plastic.

Sure, you could create something similar in Photoshop. Sometimes the pure distorted camera image is cooler if it works.

Very atmospheric,I like the desolation of this scene and the element of intrusion provided by the beach chairs.Always a good idea to experiment but you could probably achieved much the same effect in P.S.by using layers and one of the blur filters,amongst others,couldn't you?
