Dead center, but it works. I see you also like to break rules sometimes. In this case a pleasing composition - highlights the emptyness of the lake.

Great atmosphere. I think it's hard to make a photo like this work (small subject against a big, plain back ground), but it does here. The slight bluish-hazy hue, along with a subtle hint of green adds atmosphere and a true feeling of a relaxing summer afternoon on a lazy, serene lake, away from the bustle of the cities. The essense of idyll, in my opinion, something I always love to do. Well, it's better than washing the Sunday dinner pots :)
