vegetation in the foreground looks little overexposed, or oversaturated but how did you got sky to look like this? beautiful!

Heiko,
Thank you for the constructive criticism. I appreciate it.
I also wondered wether I had tilted the image. But the problem is that the horizon is not formed by a flat feature, but by receding mountains and hills. So I take my cue from the flat bottom of the clouds, and from that perspective it all seems level. It is a curious optical illusion, though, isn't it?

It's a great view presented in a different way. It seems to be unreal. I agree with Danny about the two pictures, but it still works for me. A little bit too much from the hill in the foreground. It also seems to be a little tilted, but that is hard to say (horizon in the background?). Definitly I like this one.

WHOA Angelo, I can see you've been busy while I've been gone. This is AMAZING! Wow...very impressive...Congrats on having the eye and the know how to get this one. It's like 3 pictures in one. You have that beautiful diagonal with lots of interesting trees, then there's the fabulous sky with lots going on there as well and then that vista of well manicured hills...I mean like, Holy Cow anyway....Well done, my friend...wowee...:):)Linda

Danny,
To use a couple of clichès, "it takes all sorts to fill the world" and "you can't please both Greeks and Trojans". I appreciate your candour. I'd rather read a criticism than nothing at all.
Kind regards, Angelo.

Sorry Angelo but I think you have two pictues here. One is the wedge on the left which I think is competing with the wonderful landscape and cloudscape on the right. Obviously no one else agrees with me, but so what. No doubt I will love that others dislike.

Hi Angelo,
this one rocks. perfect work on any layer, and the tilted perspective really adds some spice. you get very good in layer work, my friend... small details in the overlapping areas are very hard, but you did it near-perfect.
best wishes, Thilo

Debarshi-ji, the Serra da Canastra National Park is best accessed from the city of São Roque de Minas, which is about 320Km away from Belo Horizonte, along state highway MG-050.
So it's not really just a day-trip. It's worth staying for a few days.

It is almost 3 images in one. The daigonal slash of the foreground, beautiful country landscape and dynamic sky. All these elements intrigue me and draw me in to examine your image in detail. But for some unknown reason it is a little unsettling, making me uncomfortable overall even though I like all the parts, if that makes sense? Honest critique of how I feel, I hope you understand. Bob
