I very much enjoy these kinds of macros. . .I've been trying my darndest to get something neat from the backyard this afternoon but the results are mixed. . .all these colors are rich and precise. Wonderful detail in front, wonderful DOF and composition all around.

Thanks Margaret, we won't be moving right away (from my immediate area), there are a lot of details to tie up with selling and closing down a business. Then we need to try and sell the house, so I figure I'll be around this area for a bit. We have spent the last week, just trying to move all of our stuff out of the restaurant and putting it in the house, wow, never realized how much we had. One thing for sure, once we get all of our stuff totally out of the restaurant I should at least have a life and some time to enjoy it;)

hey James... congrats on the good life first of all.. i love seeing someone make it... second what a fantastic photo!! my 2 and 1/2 year odl son loves... LOVES looking at various bugs on hear and will run up to me while i am doing something else and say "dad, more bug".. and we search for hours on UF looking for bugs... thanks so much for sharing your great image and giving a father and a son some quality time together!!
