Very good. Just the right crop, good gradation of tones, and the B&W is well suited, particularly because you have the boy counterbalanced with the dark tree bush on the right (which he seems to be slightly bending down). It pleases me to notice the boy climbed on top of the tree branch that looks like a tringle (a simple elegant form). And I enjoy looking at a wildly rough floor for a change. The off-focus background works very well for you here too... Good work mi hijo virtual ... keep it up! ...Gabi

Robert this is very nice for your first portrait..I like the b&w tones, and the nice diagonal in your composition..it's good to have the background out of focus too, bringing all of the attention to your subject, just the way you did here...the lighting is mostly very good, it would be better to see a little more on his face, I really like the way you captured him playing, it reminds me of childhood and climbing trees...I like to sneak up and get pics when they don't know I'm there, of course, that makes it difficult to get those straight on face shots..very well done...tell Kyle next time to leave the scissors or was it clippers alone, hugs to all...tu madre
