A few of the good folks at Rangefinderforum.com got together to publish a photo book using on-demand printing where the company that does the actual printing charges nothing up front but takes a fair percentage of any actual sales. This is a very low-cost way of testing the waters... And it doesn't have to result in any minimum sales. Might be worth investigating, Craig.

Hi Craig, Very good low camera position. It illustrates the wideness of the scen perfectly. Mount Fuji in the background is as recognisable as ever, and a beautiful sight. Good job....
