Good shot. Have seen a lot of them down here in Dunedin recently which is unusual. I'm no expert but I have been trying to shot seagulls in flight and found using continues shot good. I take about 10 photos in a few seconds and there's usualy one that I'm happy with. Helps with camera shake a bit. Hope this is helpful. Regards greg

Thanks bud, i have another thats closer than this, but i dont think its sharp enough, i seem to have a slight tremor in my hands holding the bigger lens ;o) LOL

Thanks Peat, Im gonna keep trying to get sharp and closer.. gotta stop my shake when the 300mm lens is on! ;o) If all else fails i did see another interesting looking native with film cameras dangling off his neck lurking about the trees on this day ) C U Soon!

i know how hard it is to chase a tui around native bush.
mostly you can hear them but not see them.
a good pic with a 400 plus lenses.
