Unfortunately I only have two hands, I think the shot would be much better if I would have been able to get the bow in.... but I still thought it was pretty neat. I had kind of a hard time removing the background, any suggestions there?
Brad, I really appreciate your thoughts on this photo, and I agree with you about the focus which until you pointed it out I hadnt really noticed. I will try this shot again very soon with your suggestions. Thank you!
Nikki, I think your premise, and shooting perspective here, are outstanding. The photo suffers from what makes it so great.... The wonderfully shallow DOF. It gives the composition so much depth....but unless you are able to zero in one one area as being the focal point, the overall shot suffers. Had the green strings been tack sharp...or the bridge, the shot would have stood out much more.
Having said that, your effort, and creative process are quite commendable.
