Thank you, Lori, for your comment on this shot. It made my morning hearing such praise. Maybe I'm overdoing the steel mill shots, but I was just so impressed with the whole thing and impressed with the work these people do everyday and felt that I really captured the essence of their work with these shots.

ps- I'm printing 8x10's of each and giving to the people in the shots. I'll bet their families haven't really seen them at work.

Hi Mark,
This is truly the best 'sparks' photograph I've ever seen. It's PERFECT!
And the reflected lighting on the men is awesome.

This is a fantastic capture, Mark. Perfect exposure with the molten metal, sparks and workers all showing to great advantage. You have an excellent composition on this image as if you have posed each one of the workers. Nicely done! Larry.

Excellent capture of the work, and workers, Mark! I can see this place has lots of photographic potential! Great lighting, to catch the sparks, but still lots of detail.
