Susie - really like the darker more muted tones to this shot with the lighting focused in on the center of the flower. Looks like "she" is the featured attraction under the spotlight in the show. Thanks for the comments you have made on my shots. Jan

I love clematis, Susie ~ and what a beautiful specimen this is!
Unfortunately we've not had too much success in growing them, as yet, so I just make do with taking pictures of other people's!!

Very nice capture of the pretty clematis, looks like a night shot byt he tones - as though you crept out to catch it, before it goes :) Really like the light concentration on the centre

oooh! impressive! how great harmony of colors!!!! loved! the details and light are lovely as well. i have never seen such flower before! it is very intersting and strange, with those looong pink petals contrasting with the bright center. is that plant's essence which is used in the Bach's florals medicines?
