I didn't even carry the 105mm with me. Just too much to carry on a plane. Bag must weigh 25 to 30 lbs now. Thanks for the great comments. I didn't use a polarizer on the pier shot also had on a lens hood. Don.

Of all the things i've been missing here ! The colours are wonerful and I like your composition with the three flowers. I wonder if your 105 micro would have given a softer background with more blur to let the flowers stand out even more.

Hi Ellen, The area where my daughter lives is very pretty but the only way you can see is up. They have lots of big trees. Have traveled from one end of Washington to the other. Do you live along the Columbia River.? Thanks Don.

Real nice photo, pretty colors and its nice to see some blooming, some not. I do find the black in the frame to be somewhat distracting.
