O problema da demolição é que perde-se a História do lugar... Como muito fazem no nosso país... E vamos ficando com a História só de ouvir falar... :-( Eu torço pela restauração e nova utilização da área, me parece um belo lugar. :-)Obrigada pelas informações.

oi Márcia! está assim vazio porque esta parte do cais está desativada. há planos para transformar alguns dos armazéns no MUseu de Arte Contemporânea e outros em restaurantes e outros estabelecimentos para fomentar o turismo na área, mas as coisas andam devagaaaaaaaar. outro "partido" pleiteia a demolição de tudo para criar uma marinha e construir hotéis ali. há uma enorme polêmica a respeito.
