Hi Anthony, I don't mind it a bit, I like what you did, but my version had noise added on purpose for a grungy, aged, dirty look. I even added noise in the backgound. After all, this was an old pick-up truck, a true workhorse, with dull paint... Cheers, Ina

Very interesting and creative! The lines are nice and by leaving the tag in there is no doubt what it is. Very vintage. I like this!

I like this a lot. Was the noise deliberate, or a result of a huge crop? I like it here, although Deco was all about smoothness of new materials and whatnot wasn't it? Strong parallel lines of Art Deco, along with that "streamlined" look reminiscent of Bakelite radios, Fritz Lang. I am glad you like Deco; I do too.
As to the Chevvy, I'd say 1941 myself - right at the end of that period. Oh yah - By an amazing coincidence, I just posted in sepia myself..GLARES!
