Well Sheila...I certaily have to agree with you. I was never a real "fan" of 35 mm., but since I've gone digital I just LOVE photography. I also agree about scanned images. I use to do a lot of that to use for collages, and I do think that they lose something in the scanning. If you do decide to go digital I feel pretty confident that you will love it, and probably take a lot more shots, which really speeds up the learning process, IMHO :) Keep shooting, whatever you do! :) Kathy

Thanks Kathy. I think that I'm losing some of the clarity when I scan it. I guess that it's one of the downfalls of not going digital. I've always been kind of old fashioned and liked the goood old 35mm SLR, but being on this web-site has made me start thinking about tinkering a little bit with digital. I think that the downloaded image from a digital camera seems to be a lot sharper than the scanned version when it's viewed on the computer. My prints always seemed to look better than their scanned version. I guess I had better start saving up! Thanks for the nice comments!
:-) Sheila

Pretty colors and nice dof, Sheila! The focus is just a tad off, but nice floral. Kathy
