Right now I'm using Picture It 2000 for my photos, so that's where I got the border. If you have Picture It 2000 then you go to Edge Effects, Cool Edges, and then Designer.

oh, i LOVE the fibery boarder on this. (besides the fact that this is just adorable to begin with..;) How did you do this frame?
