you managed very well your light problem George and I like the patient expression of the urban police (I suppose) in explaining some issue to the woman

Yeah, Paul. This was a real grab shot, and the quality of the original is pretty grim. Still, I liked the moment a lot, and so I tried to save it. A couple of earlier efforts were really poor, and so I went with this one in hopes that charm might trump image quality. Live and learn . . . Thanks.

I like this one a lot, superb bit of street photography and great timing - can't have been easy to get. I think I might have burnt in those buildings in the background though, toned them down a little.

I've heard that Irish Whiskey will skew ones perspective... Was that the origin of the "leaning buildings"? Terrific job in handling the "hot" sky with numerous B&W tones. Super shot George...!
Cheers, Bill

Well, Larry, you obviously didn't recognize the famous "Tilted Tower of Dublin." It is an amazing sight!

Yes the building may be askew but it don?t matter here - I like the immediacy and intimacy of this picture. And the tone and feel reminded me immediately of so many shots in my grand-fathers old photo album which I delighted in seeing as a child and still do ;-). Thanks for this fine shot George. And the connections it brought.
