Blue is a nice tone for this photo. Goes with the expression which is very good. I like natural expressions of children better than posed. My latest two one is sort of posed the one you rated and the other not. I think as in this case the unposed one is better. I was going to comment on only your rose but saw this one and had to take a look. Great job on this one

I usually don't go much for effects, but this one is really different. It works here. I like the b/w one too, but the blue one really jumps out. Unique and creative.
