Be careful when smoothing portraits to avoid smoothing the hair; it blurs individual strands of hair into a 'pastey' look.

I really enjoyed walking through your portfolio, and noticed once you got the D70, you became an unstoppable rebel force! Good stuff!!

Beautiful shot, Eleisa!
The composition, DOF, and colors all work exceptionally well to keep the attention on those incredibly beautiful eyes.

Wonderful!

I like the connection you got with her here. I think that framing this a little less tightly around her would feel even more relaxed.

Hi Eleisa, a fisheye lens is a very wide angle lens used to photograph landscapes, and sometimes architecture. When you upload your image, under the camera type, next you have a drop-down menu from which you can select an existing Nikon lens, or if you use a third-party lens you can type that in the next space.

LOL, I'm not Ina. I don't know why that is on there. I don't even know what a fisheye lens is - not yet anyway.

Very beautiful eyes, natural colors and great resolution, Eleisa. I was wondering - how come you are taking portraits with a 10mm fisheye lens? Regards, Ina
