hi,not going to attach my edited version per our conversation because i missed the info about pushed to 1600iso and grainy film for effect...;>
My version removes some grain and clarifies the boat more...anyway, i love this comp!...it has many good elements...the composing with the boat in FG,the reflections,rich royal blue of the water and the perspective all work very well...and yes, the grain gives it a late in the day look...

I like the use of the boat?s front to lead the eyes towards beautiful river side city with its reflection, glad you mention the iso it can be noticed from its effect. Fabulous. Saeed

This is a cool image. You start with the (bow) or front of the boat and it leads you out to that shore line. Well done!
