Hi Lydia,
I must confess that I did little playing around on this...I selected the leaf and then lightened the background considerably. It was a little busy and I wanted the leaf to really stand out.

When I saw the thumbnail, I thought it was a leaf on the ground laying on a sundial. This is even better than expected. Great colors and fantastic angle.

Yes Kes, I cut the leaf out and then lightened the b/g so as to make the leaf stand out more. I thought the b/g was just a tad busy. Thanks for asking and commenting!

Very colourful. Until I clicked on the icon I thought it was the real thing. I have never seen this type of display before and I imagine to see it in person would be cool. All I can say is that I am glad it wasn't windy there and the leaves start falling down.

Hi Susie,
Let me start this off with WOW! I Really like this shot. You have all the bases covered in this shot.
I remember seeing this the last timeI was in Vegas. I really like walking around the Bellagio, My favorite spot in there was the walkthrough garden with the Water shooting over. I wish I gotten a picture of that when I had the chance.
Way to go and keep these fantastic images coming!

Hi Susie, What an image! I thought from the thumbnail that it was an actual (small) leaf, not a monumental one! Gorgeous! The exposure is perfect, the lighting is soft and the glass quality is rendered beautifully. Now what I found also extraordinary: the ceiling! I love the fabulous trompe l'oeil of branches and fretwork on the ceiling, giving this leaf the appearance of floating in the air, as if just falling from a branch. The background is essential, and combined with the leaf image produce the fine art look, and you did a superb job at capturing this work of art within its architectural environment! 7/7 Ina

WOW!!! This is an amazing image. So fluid like. I remember seeing coloured flowers but I don't remember seeing such leaves on the ceiling. Maybe they've changed their theme since I was there.
