Hi Gayle,
Our cafe (opening in less than 3 weeks...Yikes!) is in the booming town of Deming. Population about 200 I think. :) We are on the way to Mt Baker. Kathy and I were saying it would be a hoot if someday Gayle showed up! Who knows? :) :)

Susie,
It's nice how the little girl seems to have lost a little concentration on the bubbles for a split second to look into the lens. Sometimes that doesn't work. But, in this case it works fine.

Great job Susie. I ahve tried several times to get a good bubble shot and just haven't been able to do it. Love this one. I like how the bubbles are blurry, yet colorful, and you focused right in on her, through the bubbles.

You cater weddings? That's hard work! I'm glad you could find time to take some photos... What a delightful capture this is... although I'd be afraid of bubble gunk hitting my lens. I do have a delightful grand daughter, and have bought a camera that I can operate in "stealth" mode because she is pretty camera shy. I hope to take more photos of her if I can make the time... (Thanks as always for your encouraging comments, kindly directed to my more neglected photos!)
