Hi Gary,
I Hope things are going well for you today.
I know the holiday season can become hectic.
I wanted to thank you for your comment and kind words on my White Tiger Image today.
I am very hummbled by making the front page.
I just try and relate the feeling a shot gives me in my best words.
I Believe that this is a site for people to come together and learn from eachother.
that is why I will always offer some tips, pointer. or tutorials.
If you ever want to know How I did a preticular thing to a shot in PS...please feel free to ask. I will be more then happy to sharing my knowledge.

Thank you Kelly for your very nice comments. But one thing I must correct you on. You must have Long Beach confused with somewhere else. We don't do smog here. We are on the ocean and get foggy mornings and some night time fog during weather changes, but other than that it's ocean air here.

Very Sci-Fi looking. Like the curves and patterns in this picture. I really like the beautiful blue sky in the background. Suprised you found any blue sky. Usually so smoggy in Long Beach. I really like the simplicity of this photo.

Roger, thanks for your comments on the long shot of this view. I took it down against your idea of leavintg it up simply because I originally considered it a "throw-away" shot. Y'know, I usually listen to you but I had to zap it. I do plan to go back (it's less than a half mile walk from my house) and try it again. It's a timing thing. There is so much morning fog, mixed with LA smog, it's a little difficult to be there a the right moment. Also it's south facing and I think later in the year will be a better opportunity. Roger, you know, I'm such a pain about artful shots, so give me some time on this. Thank you, thank you very much! (my Elvis impersonation)...Gary

Well thank you Gary. I'm flattered that you've thought of me and that you like my suggestion for the crop. I do like it more now as it brings our attention to the wonderful curves and lines of this unique architecture. The simplicity of jsut the blues anad whites with shadows is nice and uncluttered. A very pleasing image to view.
