Nice street capture, I really like the DoF showing us there is life going on around him but not letting us get distracted by it. However IMHO his expression is telling me he wasn't very happy to be the subject of your attention and I am not sure if that detracts from this photo - I think I would have preferred him to be not looking into the lens. Of course that is just me and in saying that I do also have to go back to saying great street shot.
