Hi Toni, Now, this one, I am happy with! While doing this image, I discovered that once you merge the two images together and adjust the opacity, you can do a little median adjustment. This tends to blend the images together nicely with a kind of semi-melted, dream-like look. Andre

This came out great. Love the tones and it is pretty spooky. Andre, thanks for your great comments on mine. I'm hopelessly behind as I haven't had much time on UF lately (a lot going on right now). I will try to catch up soon. Antonia

This is turning into a cool series, nice work again. The toning fits well with the intended mood.

Hi Thilo, I don't want to get into too much of a depressed image making mood, but I have a few more ideas that I want to try too. I hope people don't get the wrong idea and think I have too much of a dark side. So I better throw in a few up beat photos as well. I was really pleased with this one on my monitor and then I viewed it at work and was a little dissapointed at the muddy look on that monitor. All I can do is hope most people see it the same as I do on my monitor at home. Andre

Hi Grant, Thanks.. I think there were two things that really helped the effects on this one. First the median adjustment helped to melt and blend everything together.... and secondly the light adjustment gave it a bit of a 3D / vingette look. Andre

Has the feel of the movie "The Blair Witch Project". Very nice, Andre.

Hi Jon, I understand what you are getting at Jon. When I started doing some of these multiple images, I realized that they usually come out better if both images are strong on their own. What I try to do intentionally is look for an image with an open space where something else can fit. With this one I had an added bonus. I put the bones in on top of the scene and then adjusted the light. I only just realized that the light helps to create a diagonal path coming from the right, towards the skeleton. Andre

Once again, Andre - this image stands out by itself. Don't get me wrong, I mean... Skeletons - totally cool. Excellent graphic elements, I always say...Some of my best friends are skeletons. But this particular photographer works just fine all by itself. A strong image either way.
Cheers,
Jon

Hi Fadel, I struggled a bit where to put him (or her) and just went for the easy way out. Not a bad idea having him (or her) in the area behind the trees. I still have a couple more to do in this series. I was surprised how the light effects added some depth to the image that wasn't there before. in this one. Also the median adjustment helped to add a dreamlike effect on the over-all image. Andre

And we are having a great time enjoying them Andre, great work and tones! I have a suggestion, how about placing the skeleton in a way to be looking from behind the tree to see who's coming?
