How's it going Phil, Great shot, I like it a lot, I think chad's right about the big block of white because that's the first thing I see. Perhaps crop it just above the guys head? what have you been up to?

stunning lighting! I have noticed that your whites are usually a little hot, try underexposing 1/3rd... Though your tonal range is pretty good!

Cheers

This is cool! It looks like you can almost make a landscape with moving lights around.

This is beautifull, I find a lot of photographers fail to compose their colors well. This image is a perfect example of how to do it correctly... Props!

She's cute, but the lighting is not as good as in other photos of yours. Sometimes I'll even shoot through a paper napkin just to get some diffusion.

The hard part of shooting fashion is posing a model and making it look comfortable, and well... Not Posed... A tip to get rid of the belly roll, would be to have her lean back on her arms a tiny bit and tell her to push down with her palms. It tightens things up a bit. And try to never shoot a broad shot of a womans hand (all rules are breakable though) Generaly this makes them look a little manly. I hope the critique is what you where looking for, all in all, it was a good shot and I think she will be happy with it. I'm just helping you think about how to improve it!

This was shot in a huge room with lots of white tile and lots of windows, no artificial lighting at all. Natural light is always better!

I love when i look at a photo somone else shot and think about how I would have probably composed the image, and I realise that their way is better! Great work, this is a shot I can learn from.

THis is more a comment on your whole portfolio than just this picture, though this is a favorite of mine. Your work is great, the discription of this photo really shows how much thought goes into the images you take. I love to travel as well, I just haven't gotten to go off continent in a while . Anyways, cool last name, photography must come easy to Hortons.

This is my favorite shot of yours so far. These are definatly your specialty, you could do a cool coffee book or something. I usualy am the first to say that blurry water shots are over done, but your style is unique and I don't know why, but I love your work.

I love these kind of shots. They are very hard to get a unique one, so when you get a great shot it's extra satisfying.
