Normally I wouldn't think black & white would work well for a floral picture - but you have proved me wrong. This is an absolutely lovely image of a rose. Everything about the photo is perfect - the lighting, the hues, the depth of field, the composition. Being in black & white I discover the beauty of the petal shapes and textures - thank you for showing me the greater depth of a rose's loveliness.
