She is a real cutie, and you've caught her expression perfectly. I think some adjustments to the lighting would help make this photo even better.
There is a very hot spot on the background above and to the right of her head. Whatever light is responsible needs to be toned down. (Maybe move her and the light away from the backdrop). A reflector on the right side of the frame would even up the light on her face, and show off the colour of her hair, which at present has gone too dark.
Keep up the good work! There, was that gentle enough :-)
