Excellent work here! This is an excellent portrait, of a beautiful girl! I love the way you organized the blue cloth to match with the blue eyes! Clarity, DOF, coloring, and lighting are all awesome! Nice work! :)

Amazing piece of art/work. Is it just me, or does it look more like a very good painting, or is it a PS effect very professionally applied? ;-)
The subject reminds me of the famous shot in the National Geographic of the young Afghan Girl a number of years ago now.
