As for the title, the neck hair just reminds me of the singer. Weird Al Yankovic had "Velvet Elvis", so this is "Striped Elvis".

Beautiful capture of this guy, Ed! The sharp focus on those stripes is very good, and dof perfect to make him stand out, yet show a bit of the environment.
