Rhonda, I read your recent comment in the forums, and looked at your portfolio as a result. I see that you like flowers too!
Overall, I like your choice of subject matter. I noticed that many of the flower images are softly focused, maybe at times too soft. The trouble with macro photography is the very limited DOF, which offers the photographer an opportunity for many migraines. Using a tripod will give you more control. That said, I have to add that using a tripod for outdoor macro photography is sometimes pointless...even if the camera is locked down tightly, that sneaky flower can whip around madly in even the gentlest breeze.
On this image, the softness works pretty well, although I'd like a few of the petals in the center of the flower to be a bit sharper. The contrast also looks somewhat muddy. If you use any kind of post-processing software, such as PS or PSP, a simple contrast adjustment might be helpful.
