The colors are very nice! I agree with Kevin that the persons have only little impact on the overall image.

Great shot and great color!

But I think if there were no people on the pier and no cubicle boxes on the left of the pier the mood would be even better.

Just nothing above the fence of the pier that the light poles. Maybe some PS?

But Again : it really is a great shot!!!
