Taken in colour, but for some reason a lot of the photos I took of the snow came out with a slight red tint graduating in from the left side. I have no idea why but its a bit worrying!
I'm such a sucker for wintery photos like this one. I take it you converted this to b&w? A good choice as it directs the viewer to appreciate the patterns and lines of the trees and snow. Great contrast, though the ground seems to be a little uneven . . . ;-)
About the red tint . . . I've had that happen to me too. I don't know why it happened, but my best guess is that is was a "leak" from severely overexposed photos I took on the same roll. If you're using a digital camera, I haven't a clue! Have you taken it in to a camera shop?
Very good B/W photo. Excellent contrast. I like it. Reg. Your comment to CN Tower, yes that's natural, no freaky. I agree about the sky. Had no time for better composition. It was a splip second and desapeared. It is no my policy to crop my pictures. Thank you very much for your comment
Heather, Well done on the 'Snowy Trees'. I live in Arizona (phoenix) and haven't seen snow (or trees like that) for ages. Nice tones and overall composition. Sam
