Oh my gosh Ina!!! My house is on the front page because of your Miss Flappy mouth critique. Now everyone will want it. I don't care if this raises the value but I won't pay a dollar more than our agreed price. LOL So you're still on the front page Ina. Congrats again. :)
Cheers from Ann :)

Beautiful shot of 'Ann's place' and I have already spied the guest room that I will use when visiting. It looks light and airy and has a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside. Well done Ina on this lovely shot and excellent dedication to a most lovely and sweet personality of our great 'club' Still under the weather but I will catch up gradually Ina. Very best wishes to you my dear..Ray

Sorry Petal...the house is mine. My deposit has secured it but I know Ina will be looking for a replacement for me when I leave. If you are interested in the position (of making a lot of funny posts on occasional threads but not actually saying anything productive) then please appply to Ina...Oh....and how do you look in a fur-kini? (one of the prerequisites you know) LOL :)
Creak??? You heard my house creak??? =:O

Oh J...that tree is the main bathroom for everyone's use. I was going to plant special private bathrooms for each of the Furkini Group with rose bushes so your bathrooms always smell like roses. LOL As for the kids....bring 'em on...I'll throw them a Mcpack and a soda once in a while so they don't go hungry. LOL

*in my best Gabor voice* But dahling, a girl simply cannot look her best in a FURkini if she does not feel pampered!...
Oh, and J? Don't forget to drop off the middle child at my place first. Got some gigs lined up for her already and plenty keen to start cashing in on my investment. That way we can meet up with you guys at A's new place with lotsa moola for renovations. I ain't roughing it behind no tree! Nosireeebob!!!! :))))

Now remember A, if all is planned right and you have the kiddos with you before you get to I's place, they can help you spruce this up a bit....you'd have to pay them BIG to do this though, the greedy little beasts! Oh, and a renovated bathroom for R??? Come on....there is a tree in the back and not a neighbor in sight that I can see! Who needs a bathroom! R is planning on being pampered....I say she should rough it!
Great find/image, Ina :) Just the sort of room with a view that A needs!! lol :)

yo! Ina, i happen to know that this lil' fixer upper would fetch quite the moola since the housing rate has exploded over the last few years...man,Ann could throw up some gauzy fabric and throw down some plump cushions to give the whole place that tropical look...maybe even some hammocks for all of us when we descend upon her n' hubby..LOL...
nice find and i like the natural palette and textures....regards,gayle

Came back to measure for a nice cave ensuite for R's room. Will go one room at a time and seeing as R booked first she gets first holiday after the Parthenon columns are erected so her bathroom gets renovated first. :)
Also have to grab it into my faves. Gotta love this one. :)
Cheers from A. :)

Hi Susie, this is just one of the dialogues, it's been going on for a while, it started with Rina's beach - remember? I'd have to go back to this place, I think this might be one of the few where the house is abandoned too, and I wouldn't have to explain to anybody why I'm taking pictures :) Thanks very much for your visit and comment, Best regards, Ina

Sorry I'm late here Ina but I was packing. :)
WOW Ina....where do I sign up? You found me a beautiful summer place I can finally afford. I always wanted a nice airy house to let the breeze in. Looks like a dream house to me. I can jsut see a couple of parthenon columns in the entry way and my Big Fat Greek Family could come over and help me paint it. LOL :) A few curtains, a can or 2 of paint and a few plants and it's home. I love ll the windows for viewing the surrounding countryside...and wait....it even has a bomb shelter or is that a tornado shelter? You just think of everything for me. Thank you Ina and thank you for this lovely farewell dedication. :) Can't wait to see it in person. :) On my way. :)
Cheers for now - Ann :)

Ina,
Oh what humor you two have...I guess Ann would have room to park all her vehicles in it...nice photo...I think you could do alot with this one --- have you ever thought about shooting it at night or sunset/sunrise? I think the night one in B&W would look really cool.
Best Wishes, Chuck

Hi Rina, the place is in need of a bit of tender loving care, but I'm sure Janet could come and the kids could help. Ann could probably rent you the loft, because you like birds :) Plus Ann will be fairly close to Niagara Falls, imagine all the waterfall pictures!

The place is HUGE! More than enough room for everyone! Sure, it probably needs a good clean and maybe a few curtains here and there, but hey, imagine the great UF cave slumber parties Ann will be able to host! I've got first dibs on the loft!! ... ummm, that is a loft there, isn't it? Uh, no... just a void... oh well, maybe the attached garage(?) then. I'd prefer bricks to sticks anyway. You don't mind if I stake claims on R zones, do you A?
Great farewell image I. Love your work babe!
