About This is a revised version of the image I've posted previously. I re-worked the image after James Cook's made some interesting observation.

Did I improve it? I wonder. :)

This does look better sweetie as the inserted second shot looks more like a painting on the wall than the first post. I was very happy with the original but you have improved. Well done to you Andree. I'm on my usual catch-up following my work. My very best wishes to you as always.....Ray

This really is beautiful. The warm atmosphere created. Wonderful colours. Like a dream or a film.

Thanks Dave for your detailed comment. I think that I just need to stand back for a while and see what happens with time. Sometimes, when a creation is so new, I feel too close to it to see objectively. I guess that happens to all of us.

Have a great day and week. :) Andree

Though I don't think there was much room or need for improvement, I do like what you have done. Addint the molding to the change in wall colors is okay and explains to an inquiring mind why the change in colors. But it also creates more of a corner than a seperation of wall colors.

I thought the wall hanging showed depth in the first place, so I would have to disagree with James Cook when he says that it looks paper thing. There was a light/thin line at the top on the original that create that "unframed canvas" feel.

Still like it, maybe kinda sorta more than the original.

Thanks James. Both images were photographed inside an old stairwell. This place is called The Castle, where I live, and this part is not used. It has the ancient windows and the spiral stone stairs. I will post one or two more abstracts later. :) Andree

Yep, that'd do it. Well done. Where did that image with the bulb come from, anyway?
