Although the crocus is a quite common floral in the Netherlands in Spring, you may find them in more areas.
These florals can be found in a large area from coastal and subalpine areas of central and southern Europe, North Africa and the Middle East, across Central Asia to western China.

I like the colors here and the focus of your shot.I have been shooting florals but have not uploaded yet and from those i ahev seen i ahve not encountered this yet.Does it only grow in netherlands?

Glad that you are back ! I can image that it's difficult when they are constantly moving. I tried it in 2006. Out of a hundred shot or so, the added one is the only - bit funny one - I like.

I can image that they move quickly. I tried shots of them in 2006 and got one funny one of a maybe a hundred (added it). Glad to see that your back in "town".

Spring began this week, and we're already starting to feel the warmer weather. Temperatures in Amsterdam is almost 17/18 degrees,Bedankt voor jouw commentaar op mijn foto Albert,het viel dan ook niet mee om een foto van de gans te maken om het feit dat ie constant bewoog!
