Thanks, Onie. I have always been attracted to "scratch and dent" things. Part of my warped personality: just can never be perfect. :) --Best to you, Jan

~~GRIN~~ Cancentricity... Looks fishy to me Jan...;))) A fish bowl with a lid...:)))
Seriously though, love the dent, and fully understand the reason why it was a preference visually...:)))
Extra nice idea Sir...:)))

Thanks, Srna. After I was done taking the picture I opened the can of tuna and gave it to my cat, Roland. He was licking his slips for a long time after that. --Best to you, Jan

Thanks, Robin. My wife thought I was nuts when she saw me going through the pantry looking for a dented can. If I had not found one (almost at the bottom of the stack) I would have created the dent myself. I needed to have an imperfection in the lid to offset the perfection of the concentric rings and the texture of the metal. Don't ask me why; I have no idea. --Best to you, Jan

Tuna...blue background...ocean...hmmmm, your subconscious directing Jan? Or, no connection what-so-ever, just my twisted train of thought?
I think most of us, had "we" come up with this idea, would have searched for the perfect lid, I like that you chose the dented, imperfect one...but, that's another trip on the twisted train. ;) Unique and well executed my friend!
Take care...Robin

Thanks, Joe. Yes -- off center was intentional. I wanted it off center as the lid was already imperfect with a dent and I felt that it justified an off center placement for consistency. --Best to you, Jan

Got the simplistic thing going again aye Jan. Very well done and conceived, it looks like the can is not perfectly centered, is this intentional Jan? It works All the best my friend, Joe
