Oh yeah I forget to mention....You answered one of my question I had been asking myself lately.
I had been wondering if you had got yourself a tripod as I noticed your images were much more sharper at the slower speeds......:) Great to hear you have and are using it. Get into the habit
and you will almost get to the point that it becomes second nature! Your work really shows a marked improvement!

Thank You so much dear Mohamad- It would be a great place to sit and to draw-- think, watch , anything at all... No one was there yesterday--- on that entire mountain, or they were VERY still and quiet. Usually the birds tell you if anyone is near and they didn't even peep.

Hi Robbie -- I finally got a gift of a very nice tripod- heavy and handy too-- The one I was carrying around with me prior- had one broken leg, and was flimsey - barely worth using- but I did - NOW I have a REAL one with a handle to caryy it by and I am loving it :)) Thanks to YOUR insistance my dear friend :))

It sounds like Amsterdam is freezing (32 degree's is freezing still) but sunny and clear--and Holland no rain for 10 weeks (?) That's a loong time.....

I am so glad you like this path to the mountain John- This is why I love to take these images--- I feel that not everyone gets to see such beauty anymore- and I am sorry that You couldn't walk with me-- but I will take you with my camera for now :))
One thing about Oregon is 'evrything ' is preserved... or so it seems- and this is a good thing... this mountain I was climbing is a 270 acre. protected wildlife refuge, one portion of the mountain you cannot even walk on as you might en-danger a plant ...
There is all natural wildlife that have lived here forever too.... I only came accross deer but generally there are Elk around and I saw traces they had been near....

GREAT PATH! I walk with you, with your eyes and your camera's sensor, deep into the nature's hug! Really love that place, I cannot take my eyes from the center of the path, I want to fallow the motion that the image present, I want to smell and feel free from the city! :.(... crying... at my place 20 years before even you cannot saw something like that, you cannot saw also many buildings but now.....ahhhhh.... anyway...
