holy crub....that f...thunder strick into the city!!! oh my....I wonder if anybody has any problem...ok there are of course antennas to protect from that BUT even a thunder hit many many miles away our ears have....problems...how about stricking around us....oh my!!! Amazing photo!!!

Thanks, Bernar. I would rather have shot a longer exposure but it was just too bright. If I could've gotten a 30 second length, it would have resulted in several strikes. But oh well, I am really please with what I did get. 110 strikes in all.

Thanks, Shirley. It was a goal of mine to shoot a scene like this.... I've seen other cityscapes with great lightning and have wanted to do this for some time. I picked the right day to go shopping in ABQ.

Thank you Robert. Not to sound smug but luck doesn't work with lightning. It is technique. It takes a LOT of shots. I shot over 500 photos on this shoot and walked away with about 110 lightning strikes.

I think the luck comes in when you can walk away without being struck. :)
